The focus of this 90-Day Journey is progress towards healthy (healthy including cardio health, muscle tone, weight loss, range of motion, balance and flexibility) toned bodies. All classes have stretching, postures and balance poses to help develop vitality and support our goal of feeling and looking better!

Level Two Salsa – Open Choreography Routine

Salsa is a night club style dance and a favorite of Amanda’s. When you dance it, you change your weight quickly from foot to foot. The bending and straightening of your legs helps to create the hip action. And, as you will see, you will also use your obliques to maximize your hip action and the sensual look and feel of this energetic dance! Salsa is a great toning workout that is so much fun especially if you love Latin music. Join Amanda for these exciting five classes and LOVE your waistline again!

Level Three Paso Doble – Open Choreography Routine

In the Paso Doble the leader portrays the bullfighter and the follower is the cape. The Paso Doble elements are sharp and strong. The dance emulates the “dance” between the matador and the bull. Creating that character style engages the leg and arm muscles, making Paso a great dance for toning! Olé!

Dancers are known for exceptional posture, flexibility and balance. As part of MBBD’s mission we aim to improve range of motion, balance, flexibility and posture in all our classes. Latin HIIT: All Levels

HIIT workouts, or High Intensity Interval Training, are a form of interval training that alternates short periods of intense anaerobic exercise with active rest periods. These workouts improve cardiovascular endurance, and are the best calorie burners even after you finish your work out – meaning, your post exercise energy consumption will be amazing! Talk about having a great day!

Beginner Dancer Fitness Program

Welcome beginner dancers to MBBD! We believe EVERYONE can dance, but realize that it can be intimidating to get started. The classes in this program have been designed to help you get your dance fitness started. Take this program as many times as you like and until you feel ready to move forward.

Check out the beginning of class one and keep an eye on Anastasia’s legs. Notice how flexed her knees are through the entire routine – can you say burn?! This Tango routine focuses on toning your legs.

Anastasia has created a beautiful Foxtrot routine with elements that enhance balance and posture. The styling uses full range of motion and adds a jazzy and sassy feeling to your dancing.

Level Up Your Routine With our Dance Fitness Programs

We designed our online workout programs so that you don’t have to think about which of our online classes you would like to take next. Join us here anytime and click any dance workout class that you are in the mood for. Our dance fitness programs were developed to help our dancers achieve their desired outcomes. Because of this, you will not only get fit, but you’ll have fun doing it. And your favorite instructors are there to guide you along the way.

Your Dance Fitness Journey

Our programs help to put our dance fitness classes in the order for a journey that is just the right fit for you. We combine our warm ups/cool downs, dance cardio and toning dance classes creating unique fitness programs. Choose your fitness level, and/or dance level and begin a 30, 60 or 90 class program. As a result, you’ll be able to keep your routines fresh and exciting.

Take your classes every day, three times a week or whatever works for your schedule. Follow along while our instructors bring you through a variety of dance styles and types specifically put together to achieve a stated goal. As a result, My Body By dance will become a lasting part of your overall fitness routine!

Taking a dance program will also help you achieve the weekly recommended amount of exercise for good health. According to the Mayo Clinic, most healthy adults should get “…at least 150 minutes of moderate aerobic activity or 75 minutes of vigorous aerobic activity a week.”

This area features short dance workout videos that help you master dance steps, just like at a dance studio! Above all, we want you to enjoy yourself on My Body By Dance. Because we’re dancers and we know that dance should always bring you enjoyment, even while exercising.
