Cardio & Toning

A dancer’s body is created through practice and repetition of the techniques that make dancing look and feel great. MBBD is not designed strictly as a cardio workout, the curriculum has been carefully developed to simulate what a dancer’s body does as we practice routines for performances. You will find the MBBD curriculum is made up of easy to learn movements that allow you to quickly get your feet moving so that your mind and body can focus on dancing the techniques to the highest level.

You will feel like you are dancing, because you will be dancing. Our unique approach gives you the otherwise hard to achieve fitness results, from movement to music that will renew your spirit, refuel your energy, and reset your mind. During your cardio dance workouts with MBBD instructors you will learn Ballroom and Latin dance steps and techniques while having a blast dancing. Our main focus is for you to develop a toned dancer’s body featuring long lean muscles, with improved flexibility, balance and range of motion.

We will use technique in elements of dance put together in easy to follow routines that help you to tone your body while improving your heart health, clear your mind, and experience a daily retreat. It’s not a fitness program, it’s more like a dance party.

Programs

Our MBBD programs are designed so that you don’t have to think about which class you would like to take next, although that option is always available – you can join us here anytime and click any dance fitness class that you are in the mood for. Our programs help to put our classes in the order for a journey that is just the right fit for you. You can choose your fitness level, and/or dance level and begin a 30, 60 or 90 class program. Take your classes every day, three times a week or whatever works for your schedule. Follow along while our instructors bring you through a variety of class types and styles specifically put together to achieve a stated goal.

Dancer Tips

We are so proud of our Dancer Tips section. Our goal with MBBD was to create a place where you could come and dance. We want you to be able to turn on your device, click and begin your workout, but we also want you to be able to perfect the dance movements and techniques. As your dancing improves, you will engage more muscles in the movements, and you will see more results. In the MBBD Dancer Tips Section, each step is taught to you including the foot pattern, important postures, foot articulations, and more. As you to take more and more classes, you will love this section. It will still provide you a workout, but it reveals to you all of the secrets of our curriculum and offers so many helpful hints and tips so that you can get the most out of every move.
